This natural lecithin, glycerin and coconut oil bar deeply cleanses oily and blemish prone skin conditions, as well as rashes. Salicylic acid and resorcinol help prevent breakouts and provide anti-microbial ingredients.

Use to cleanse, reduce oil and dead cell buildup. Make a lather with water, apply to skin and gently cleanse with fingertips. Rinse well. May also be left on skin as a mask or even over night to reduce rash or psoriatic plaque buildup
