Please understand that we are doing everything we can to get you your items ASAP – but there may be issues that are out of our control that prevent your order from arriving on time. Due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Delivery times could be affected by canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any shipping costs due to delayed deliveries

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For all U.S. online orders, full price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of placing your order. Items must be unopened, unused and unaltered, with all original packaging and/or tags. Our team will request images as proof of unopened/undamaged product.

Sale items or items purchased during a promotion, special event or sale are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

To make a Return or Exchange for a full-priced item, please email orders@dmskincare.com with your original order number and request for return or exchange.

At this time, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their Return or Exchange unless the product is damaged or missing.
